I saw Vhorani posted a link about women and vaginal "weight lifting". I recently had a friend who brought up this subject. This was my answer to him.

Absolutely legitimate. Akin to a woman doing Kegels, but adding ball weights (similar to weighted ben wa balls with a string attached). I can make her tighter and her vaginal grip on a penis even stronger. Ask her to push you out when you are done and without your help. If her muscles are strong enough, it will be sensation overload for you and basically milk anything you have leftover in your cock.

These are top notch. Get them for your woman. Ask her if you can be the one to put them in and remove them. She should wear them for an hour or two when starting, or when she works her way up to the heavier weights, she should be able to wear it all day.

I'd like to know if anyone else has had success using of pelvic weights. Did you or your partner find that is made her tighter?
