Over the weekend in the United States at least three police officers were killed, two NYPD in New York City and one in Florida, coincidentally a former NYPD officer.  Hearing about the one in Florida made my heart skip a beat knowing a former NYPD officer serving in Florida (glad to see you active today Tony).  My thoughts are with the families of the slain officers and all the officers who keep us safe and come when we call.  Just think of what our world would be like if there was no one that would come when you called for help?

Thank You, Jed!!

Now I must ask:

Where is the outrage?? Where are the Protests?? Where is the Occupy Movement and their Self Righteous Indignation?? Where's Jessie, Reverend Al, and our Department of "Just Us"? Where are the masked rioters demanding Justice??

Where are the Families?? Where are they appearing on the Alphabet Networks expressing their outrage at this??

Oh that's right......

It was a pair of Cops killed in New York City, and a single one in FL...

Their Famiiles won't be appearing on the Alphabet Networks....

They won't be out Protesting and demanding Justice.....

They won't be feigning outrage for the benefit of the cameras.....

They will swallow their grief, and with great Dignity, far more than those that expressed outrage at the death of a pair of Criminals at the hands of the Police,go on with their lives, unlike those that Break the Law.

And on a side note, no matter what you think of the New York Yankees Baseball Franchise, they just paid for the College Education for ALL the children of those two Officers, just as they have done since 1982. They also pay for the children of Slain Firefighters to attend college......

I am more than outraged by this . . .outraged doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about this!  What the hell is wrong with people?  Police risk their lives every single day to keep us safe!  As you all know, my husband is a Deputy here where we live . . .he deals with people everyday . . .some of them are innocent, some aren't innocent, and some are victims . . .and yes, it is his job, a job he chose to do because he cares about people, not because he wants to be out there hassling undeserving people!  Wake up people!  Where would we be without these police officers?  Would you really want to live in a world were there is no law and order?  No accountability for your actions?  These police officers where killed for no reason at all . . .they weren't breaking any laws, they were just doing their jobs!  If that doesn't piss you off then shame on you!  Yes, I know about the Ferguson and New York incidents, yes, black lives matter . . .but so do the lives of police officers!  I understand that people don't like cops, but you have to remember that they are human beings just like you and me . . .they make mistakes, just like you and me.  They hold positions of authority, and there is no problem as long as you recognize that authority, when you chose not to recognize that authority then you are the one in the wrong, not the cop . . .he's just doing his job.  That these cops were killed for no reason at all . . .it is sickening!   And, I hope it stops, before it gets to the point that cops have to go on the defensive . . .pretty sure nobody will be happy with that.  Time to wake up!

The part of this whole sad, tragic incident that makes me the MOST upset and angry is the simple fact that the Muslim Scuzz that killed those Cops had a Recored in at LEAST three states!! He bragged online that he hated Cops, and posted verses from that pile of used Toilet Paper known as a "Holy Book" on line.

But the head in the sand liberal media buried all that!! They're furiously scrambling to find a way to ship that this Scuzz was NOT tied to Radical islam!! I saw "Reverend" al, and his group of race baiters trying to shift the focus and the liberal media lapping it up. The union leadership of the NYPD. ALL  turned their backs on mayor debasio when he came into the press conference.

It makes me shake with rage when I see a Cop Killer venerated, and Cops on the Job, tragically Executed, made to look lessened in the exchange......

My Heart, My Prayers, and My Best Wishes go out to those Families that lost a Loved One.....

The cops died for no reason other than just being cops.  Cops that are out there to help and protect.  It's heartbreaking.

In all fairness to the media that I've watched (CNN), it's been nothing but pro-police.  I've also seen some community leaders express support for the police and the families of the fallen....none I have ever heard of though.....  What I have not seen is the leaders you named Tony that I have heard of make any statements.  The sad thing is I think that's based on wanting inner city votes and popularity more than anything else.....something that borders on the disgusting.

The chant in NYC right now of 'What do we want?....dead cops...' or whatever it is they are chanting is beyond obscene.  If they want a situation where no officer can feel safe patrolling their neighborhoods, then they got it......and the chaos that follows.

I categorize myself as a liberal.....sort of....if a liberal is allowed to own about 25 guns?  I will always champion environmental issues and equal rights for all.  Criminal behavior is just that, and no apology will suffice to explain it.

Very nice PT thanks for sharing.  I just don't even know what to say about the things that are going on right now.  I do know it is making it harder for all of us out there trying to do our jobs.  It burns me up that people aren't outraged at cops being killed for no reason where is the justice for those lost lives?  All lives matter.

Just really not liking what I am seeing . . .when did it become ok to just kill cops because they are cops?
