I know this post is about the case, but did you read the comments?! I love the people who are all "I've worked at mcdonalds for twenty years and I know everything there is to know about Alzheimer's because my grandpa's cousin's dog had it." I love people and their stupid comments.

Anyway, I feel bad for the guy. This is a horrible thing to deal with right after his wife passed.

This is an issue that's beyond our current understanding of Alzhiemers. And as such the courts are massively out of their league here.It will definitely be interesting to see how this all plays out.
